You can describe "lampredotto" as a type of stew. The fourth stomach of the cow, called the abomasum, is pre-treated and stewed together lengthily with white wine and pot herbs.
It is a soft and not overly fatty staple of Firenze traditional cuisine.
Using bread from a famous bakery that we are collaborating with in Hachioji, we are proud to present to you A Domani's one and only panini.
We have set up shop at department stores before in the past. By all means, come and have a bite!

We provide a multi-course menu even for small groups, and provide the use of our restaurant for private events.
We allow for takeout or delivery for items on our menu like lampredotto and panini, as well as reservations and in-store pickup options.
You can enjoy not only Italy's traditional dessert, the zuccotto, to fill your stomach, but also enjoy dolce like cake and affogato. We will even bring out our trusty espresso machine.
If you choose seats on the terrace, you can even bring your pet! Freely enjoy Firenze cuisine, a rare sight in west Tokyo.
